Senior/3D Artist, Visualization

Job Purpose

The Shared Services Center (SSC), as the Centre of Excellence, support functional and business units in the global arena, ranging from the International Sector to North America and its affiliates, on all forms of visualisation works comprising rendering, design, animation, virtual and augmented reality, 3D modeling and graphical works with output of highest quality to articulate the values in the products and specifications with in-depth representation of the premium positioning in the industry. The goals of the Visualisation Team are not only to produce outputs that demonstrate the intrinsic quality of Haworth premium products, branding and commitment as a leader in the industry, and also reassure Customers on the sustainable value to invest in Haworth product portfolio increasing win rates in opportunities/projects and product marketing strategies.

A glimpse of your daily mission

• Create realistic and detailed 3D visualizations of interior spaces for proposal bids and marketing materials. 

• Develop high-quality renderings to effectively communicate design ideas to clients. 

• Ensure all visualizations meet design specifications, client expectations, and Haworth brand guidelines. 

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Marketing teams to understand project requirements and expectations. 

• Work collaboratively with other 3D artists and Bid & Design team. 

• Continuously improve workflows and processes. 

• Maintain the Visualization SharePoint site by uploading renderings and animation videos to the library on a weekly/monthly basis. 

• Update project status to supervisors in daily stand-up or virtual meetings. 

Your Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in 3D visualization.

• Able to create high-quality rendering images.

• Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Forest Pack Pro.

• Experience with animation and Unreal Engine is a plus.

• Capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and creativity in developing design concepts.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with design teams and clients. 

• Up to date with latest visualization techniques, best practices, and technologies.
