Senior Project Manager – New Product Introduction
Job Purpose
As a Senior Project Manager – New Product Introduction, you will coordinate cross-functional activities to plan, organize, and implement new products, product line enhancements, quality improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.
A glimpse of your daily mission
Coordinate and align cross-functional efforts on projects of varying complexity.
Develop detailed project plans, including resource coordination, activities, and timelines.
Ensure project deliverables meet cost, schedule, quality, and manufacturability targets.
Facilitate collaboration, problem-solving, and information flow across stakeholders.
Monitor project risks and ensure adherence to company processes and standards.
Prepare and present project status updates and performance reports to management.
Liaise with suppliers, consultants, and external partners to support project success.
Occasionally travel, including internationally, to support project execution.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA and Project Management Professional certification are a plus).
7–10 years of experience in product development, with exposure to cross-functional project work.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office and CAD applications.
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time, including internationally.
