Job Purpose

The Design Advisor supports the Ideation team and Workplace Advisors in developing high-quality workplace proposals, space planning solutions, and creative concepts for global clients. The role contributes to client presentations and competitive submissions while leveraging both traditional design tools and emerging technologies to enhance outcomes.

A glimpse of your daily mission

  • Support Workplace Advisors in creating workplace proposals, planning layouts, test-fits, and presentation materials.

  • Contribute to regional and global proposal submissions to expand business opportunities.

  • Develop innovative workplace concepts aligned with client needs, business goals, and evolving work practices.

  • Participate in client discussions and assist in delivering design presentations.

  • Utilize design software and generative planning tools to explore and improve space solutions.

  • Track software issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution and continuous improvement.

  • Support training initiatives for designers and clients on planning tools and design methodologies.

  • Collaborate with global teams to produce high-quality, visually compelling deliverables.

  • Stay updated on workplace trends, emerging technologies, and creative design approaches.

  • Demonstrate curiosity, challenge conventional thinking, and contribute to innovation in workplace design.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

  • 5+ years for senior level.

  • Strong understanding of workplace planning and design principles.

  • Proficiency in design and modeling software such as Autodesk tools, Rhino, and Microsoft Office.

  • Good communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and creative thinking mindset.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Interest in design innovation and technology-enabled solutions.

Travel Requirements

  • Travel may be required once during onboarding and occasionally (1–2 times annually).
