Job Purpose


Support sales team on design and specification work and supervise the Bid & Design team in finalizing typical system and floor plans layout and cost estimation on all products to offer in a tender bid for local and remote markets in the most timely and accurate manner.

 

A glimpse of your daily mission


  • Work with Sales Team to understand the tender requirements / expectations.

  • Prepare design and specification works on typical system configuration and floor plan layout.

  • Once drawings are finalized, prepared bill of quantity and strategize product solutions to meet tender’s specifications.

  • Work with Haworth factories and 3rd party suppliers to specify non‐standard products to customer’s specification for pricing.

  • Ensure tender is completed and submitted on time.

  • Support Bid & Design Manager on up keeping / Managing CRM account. Delegate load to the team equally (including SO / Quote / drawing etc).

  • Prepare data qualification for order entry and order file.

  • Understand the project requirements/ expectation from the remote market manager and work closely with the Bid & Design (B&D) team to finalize the drawings and proposals.

  • Create presentation boards for mockup exercise or review, if necessary.

  • Source of knowledge for sales and team member on product.

  • Create presentation materials in Microsoft PowerPoint format for sales presentation or review, if necessary.

  • Maintain all drawings and files in the archive library.

  • Ensure the drawings, quotations and order are submitted on time (do a checking of orders).

  • Prepare weekly & monthly report requested by Business Resouces Center (BRC) / Global Account Manager (GAM) account.

  • Coordinate information with Shared Service Center (SSC) and Local B&D, to follow up and update log sheet (Team load).

 

Your Qualifications


  • 3 years of commercial experience with good computer software knowledge (Excel, Words, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, 3D Max, PCON, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Corel Draw, Sketchup & Project Symbols).

  • Dedicated, meticulous with great attention to details.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team player.
