Job Purpose


As a Project Manager, the primary objective is to lead and oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects within specified timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards from project award to final installation. The Project Manager is responsible for driving project success by applying strategic planning, risk management, and problem-solving skills. The ultimate goal is to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations while maximizing efficiency and maintaining a high level of team morale.


A glimpse of your daily mission


  • Leads specific Projects identified by Management: from the Order breakdown/entry to the signature of the Installation Report.

  • Visit to the customer's site: Adapting the logistical approach to the specifics of the customer's site.

  • Participates in the Tender Project Review with Sales and Prospects.

  • Promotes Haworth's project management services, including reconfigurations, asset management, recycling, storage and warehousing, refresh, move management, space planning, and more, with the aim of not only retaining customer loyalty but also generating substantial service revenues.

  • Works closely with Sales teams and Customer Service to attend to service calls & warranty requests from the customers.

  • Provides Feedback on all possible improvements observed on the installation site: product, packaging, delivery, documentation, etc.


Your Qualifications


  • Degree in university: Project Management or / Business school degree.

  • Project Management experience, ideally in office furniture industry – minimum of 5 years.

  • Demonstrate problem solving skills and high degree of professionalism and integrity.

  • Excellent communication skills with internal & externals customers.

  • Fluent in Portuguese and good verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
