Job Purpose


To lead the localization of European Haworth group brand products in our own plant and at OEM facilities, while ensuring a competitive portfolio for the assigned product line category and driving long-term and short-term growth in product sales.


A glimpse of your daily mission


Group Brand Localization & Stocking Management

  1. Prepare project briefs and business cases for new localization projects, including sales forecasts, cost targets and pricing inputs.

  2. Define product specifications together with the brands, engineering and factory teams, including finishes and fabrics.

  3. Coordinate prototype reviews through all project phases, both in our own plant and at OEM supplier locations.

  4. Set up and maintain price books and product data in the relevant business systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  5. Coordinate marketing collateral and product documentation, and provide product information to internal and external stakeholders.

  6. Coordinate pilot production and first orders, showroom rollout of local models, and product launch communication.

  7. Manage product, pricing and bill-of-material data for stocking models, and review incoming purchase orders.

  8. Keep the sales organization informed about product news and changes for stocking models.

  9. Coordinate the phase-out of stocking models once stock runs out, in alignment with the brands, including the related data clean-up.

  10. Act as the bridge between the group brands and the sales organization for quality, warranty and certification topics.

Product Line & Market Support (per Assigned Product Category)

  1. Initiate and plan market research, market analysis, competitor study and market validation; interpret results and determine follow-up actions to keep abreast of market needs and trends and to maintain competitiveness of the overall portfolio and assigned product lines.

  2. Partner with cross-functional team members to achieve successful product launches by co-developing collateral such as brochures and price lists; support launch events where necessary.

  3. Develop training content and provide product training for assigned products.

  4. Act as the product line ambassador and main contact for all product line management related enquiries, getting into the details where required to help solve business problems.

  5. Perform other related activities and duties as assigned by the line manager.

Your Qualifications


  • University degree in business or a related field.

  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in product marketing, product line management, project management or a related function, ideally driving cross-functional projects through the product development process.

  • Highly detail-oriented and analytical, comfortable maintaining accurate product and pricing data across multiple systems (e.g. Excel and ERP/data systems).

  • Good command of written and spoken English.

  • Strong ambition and willingness to grow into a Product Manager role, with the initiative to propose and drive new product studies independently.

  • Furniture industry experience and OEM/ODM background highly preferred.
