Job Purpose
This role entails supporting day-to-day operations in the continuous development and/or insourcing of new products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will analyze, strategize, and execute internal and external projects, placing a strong emphasis on the industrialization of engineered products, looking to optimize manufacturing processes. This role will support the development of the production strategy with a focus on continuous improvement.
A glimpse of your daily mission
Lead the implementation of new and existing products at our manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless integration into our production processes and/or development of new industrialization technologies.
Analyze and evaluate opportunities for insourcing production, driving cost-effective solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and sub-processes, thereby enhancing operational efficiency.
Provide valuable input and assistance to Operations in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures to enhance consistency and workflow effectiveness.
Develop and maintain all relevant information for the correct industrialization of products and components, including MBOMs and Routings.
Create comprehensive cost calculations and evaluations for ongoing projects, contributing to informed decision-making.
Prepare technical analyses, recommend production methods, and ensure alignment with design objectives.
Your Qualifications
Graduate in Engineering or technician with high affinity for managing technical product information and/or industrialization of products.
3 to 5 years of experience in a Production/Engineering department.
Knowledge with engineering processes in particular Product Life Cycle Management.
Experience with Creo (ProE) and familiarity with a PLM system are valuable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Works well in cross-functional teams, actively contributing ideas and expertise
