Job Purpose

The Power Platform Developer is responsible for driving digital transformation and productivity improvements through Microsoft Power Platform technologies. This role designs, develops, and maintains business applications and workflow automations that streamline operations, improve efficiency, and support business objectives. Working closely with global stakeholders, the position serves as a key technology partner in enabling process digitization across multiple business functions.

A Glimpse of Your Daily Mission

  • Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Power Apps to digitize and optimize business processes.

  • Create responsive and user-friendly application interfaces using modern controls, design standards, and layout containers.

  • Manage and continuously improve the existing application portfolio by troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and optimizing performance.

  • Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Robotic Process Automation technologies.

  • Implement solution-based development practices and Application Lifecycle Management processes to ensure controlled deployment across development, testing, and production environments.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, Human Resources, Manufacturing Operations, Customer Operations, European Information Technology teams, and Corporate Global Information Systems teams to understand requirements and deliver business solutions.

  • Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and process logic while ensuring solutions align with organizational objectives.

  • Manage assigned projects independently from requirement gathering through deployment and post-production support.

  • Provide application support, user training, and guidance to business users on digitalizing business processes through Power Platform technologies.

  • Work closely with global teams and remote management to successfully execute digital transformation initiatives.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience within a multinational manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics environment.

  • Proven hands-on experience developing Microsoft Power Apps Canvas Applications and Power Automate Flows.

  • Strong experience with SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, permissions management, and Power Platform integrations.

  • Strong understanding of data modeling, Microsoft Dataverse, and Microsoft SQL Server.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and Microsoft Entra ID administration, including authentication and role-based access control.

  • Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management and solution-based development methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with globally distributed teams.

  • Fluent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.

  • Preferred certifications in Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other programming languages is an advantage.

  • Experience within manufacturing environments and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Enterprise Resource Planning solutions is preferred.

Travel Requirements

Very rare travel requirements. Occasional domestic or international travel may be required based on business needs.
