Job Responsibilities

  • Review and validate authorized dealer submissions to ensure accuracy prior to processing.

  • Support Project Managers on complex or high‑volume projects to ensure smooth order execution.

  • Perform data entry within defined timelines to maintain workflow efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate and well‑organized documentation in accordance with SOPs and audit requirements.

  • Track assigned order volumes and productivity metrics in the designated reporting system.

  • Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure compliant and consistent order processing.

  • Coordinate with Dealers, Contracts, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure successful order fulfillment.

  • Attend required internal and customer meetings to support communication and alignment.

Experience Requirement
