Job Purpose


Support the China Sales team as well as dealers with all areas of copywriting (mainly Chinese), Branding & Product Collaterals translation to achieve the short- and long-term objectives.

Engage with regional branding to identify and select relevant content to support China Marcomm strategy.

Define & Manage Haworth Wechat strategy as well as its objectives.

Maintain and develop the account (both Wechat and Weibo) content from both layout and content perspective.


A glimpse of your daily mission


  • Identify and translate brand & product content and act as the central point of contact for all communication collaterals

  • Develop, update and maintain sharepoint China Marcomm folder

  • Support the Shanghai CEE on major showroom events execution when there is a need

  • Develop and maintain Wechat/Weibo account

  • Initiate new content/articles based upon programs or activities carried out in Greater China (GC)

  • Message uploading and pushing on weekly basis

  • Work closely with Graphic Designer to design & layout the messages to ensure that all Haworth programmes (mainly China events), research papers, product info. etc. are promoted in a timely and accurate manner

  • Identify opportunities to grow targeted followers

  • Ensure consistent and successful execution of regional marketing campaigns in Greater China based on International campaign calendar

  • Work closely with Sales and A&D teams to implement regional initiatives such as digital TOFU campaigns, local events, lunch and learns, sales contests and external promotions.

  • Develop and execute local event calendar in line with the international marketing calendar. Define KPIs and ensure measuring and control of success of those campaigns

  • Facilitate the production of merchandise and marketing collaterals within central guidelines

  • Ensure that all marketing collaterals in GC are up-to-date and on-brand

  • Be the guardian of the brand style guide and work with external agencies/ vendors and dealer partners to ensure that communications are consistent across all channels

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all marketing-related matters in GC

  • Provides local knowledge and key market insight input to the International/Regional marketing organization

  • Support the organization of kick-off meetings, Board meeting and other key internal events as and when required


Your Qualifications


University degree major in Chinese literature preferably.

  • Work experience in agencies is a plus

  • Fair written and oral communication skills in English

  • Good time-management skill and able to run multiple projects in a parallel manner

  • Well organized in information, resources and time.
