Job Purpose:
Haworth is a global leader in the designing and manufacturing of adaptable workspaces, including systems furniture, seating, storage and wood case goods, and collaborative furniture. Your role will be to ensure consistent and successful execution of regional marketing campaigns across India, support Sales efforts, execute digital marketing initiatives in India and support conducting events.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure consistent and successful execution of regional marketing campaigns in India based on the international campaign calendar.
Coordinate, create, and drive regional initiatives such as digital TOFU campaigns, local events, lunch and learns, sales contests, and external promotions to ensure successful roll-out of the quarterly marketing campaigns for the market.
Plan and develop quarterly execution in agreement with the marketing leadership team for the implementation of the marketing campaigns. Define KPIs and ensure measuring and control of the success of those campaigns.
Launch local campaigns by localizing the necessary global/regional marketing programs to ensure the implementation success, and train local Sales.
Develop and execute the event calendar in line with the international marketing calendar
Collaborate with internal Bid & Design, Workplace Strategists, and Architecture & Design (A&D) Team to ensure consistent execution of the Organic Workspace vision for showrooms in the market.
Synchronize marketing programs with the regional team by leveraging successes from International and AP to reduce duplication.
Deploy and own Marketing automation tools and CRM activities to improve targeted Marketing automation in India.
Travels to sites outside your territory as required by assignments, including overnight and international travel.
Attending and supporting networking, training, and sales/dealer events outside of normal hours.
Various Ad-hoc duties assisting where necessary for internationally relevant Marketing initiatives.
Facilitate the production of merchandise and marketing collaterals within central guidelines
Ensure that all marketing collaterals in India are up-to-date and on-brand.
Be the guardian of the brand style guide and work with external agencies/ vendors and dealer partners to ensure that communications are consistent across all channels.
Serve as the main point of contact for all marketing-related matters in India.
Provides local knowledge and key market insight input to the International/Regional marketing organization.
Support the organization of kick-off meetings, Board meetings, and other key internal events as and when required.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing/design/advertising or equivalent.
Overall, 7- 12 years and a minimum of 5 years of experience in core marketing.
In-depth understanding of how other departments contribute to overall business.
Comprehensive knowledge of the industry in order to contribute to commercial objectives. This includes enabling Haworth to differentiate itself from competition.
Possess a good understanding of the digital landscape in India.
Experience in Public Relations and media is an added advantage
Experience in managing multiple distribution channels
Experience in the office furniture or design industry (A&D, PMC) or agency is an added advantage.
Experience in creating and managing content
Experience in applying basic Digital Marketing or Email Marketing Tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
