Job Purpose

Responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting solutions within the enterprise resource planning system. The role ensures reliable integrations, reporting, and issue resolution while supporting key business functions such as manufacturing, finance, logistics, warehouse, and human resources. The position collaborates with internal teams to drive system improvements, standardization, and transformation initiatives for better efficiency and decision-making.

A Glimpse of Your Daily Mission

  • Develop and maintain solutions within the enterprise resource planning system

  • Design, optimize, and manage database queries, procedures, and packages

  • Create and maintain reports using reporting tools within the system

  • Develop and manage integrations using web services and data exchange formats

  • Perform error analysis and provide support to business users

  • Collaborate with internal technology teams and business stakeholders

  • Participate in system transformation and standardization initiatives

  • Ensure alignment between system functionality and business process requirements

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)

  • Strong knowledge of database programming and relational database systems

  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems

  • Experience with integration technologies and data exchange formats

  • Knowledge of reporting tools and report development

  • Basic understanding of programming languages (such as Java is beneficial)

  • Understanding of business domains such as manufacturing, finance, logistics, warehouse, and human resources

  • Experience with version control systems and software development practices

  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage

  • 7–10 years of professional experience in relevant areas
