Job Purpose:


Manages the Human Resources functions in the respective GCNA region including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Member Relations, Training, Organizational & Leadership development, as well as leads and champions development of strong business culture and values amongst members and managers.


A glimpse of your daily mission:


  • Acts as business partner and coach for all GCNA members and leaders. Works with Executive Management, local leaders and Center Of Expertise(COE) T&D to impact and transform leadership competencies in the organization

  • Establishes, updates and implements HR policies and procedures including, but not limited to, compensation practices, benefits administration, engagement survey, performance management, salary review process and member development programs

  • Partners with Center of Expertise (COE) Compensation & Benefits (C&B) to design, develop and implement incentive schemes for GCNA

  • Monitors job grading system, salary banding and ongoing salary actions to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity

  • Creates and implements staffing plans, including recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated into Haworth work environment and culture efficiently and effectively

  • Works with COE Talent and Development to identify and develop leadership competencies through Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Talent Stream

  • Develops and manages learning initiatives that will support talent pool development, succession planning, culture development, change management, and upcoming business challenges and needs

  • Champions HR projects in Haworth Asia Pacific region; (e.g. C&B, L&D, HRIS – end-to-end project management)

  • Manages cross country moves to ensure compliances with company policies, consistency, and attractiveness to allow member mobility.



Your Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience of HR Management in a dynamic and international business environment with extensive HR knowledge, solid HRM experience & expertise to enhance HR’s business impact through integration and partnership

  • Broad knowledge of best practices in HR systems and tools

  • Strong cultural sensitivity to manage relationships with people from diverse cultures

  • Fluent English and Chinese language skills, other language skills are a plus
