Job Purpose


Responsible for vendor invoicing preparation and general ledger operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to support management decision-making and improve overall business performance. This role ensures compliance with accounting policies and internal controls while contributing to operational efficiency and financial transparency.


A glimpse of your daily mission

  • Prepare and publish month-end financial reporting packages according to finance leadership requirements.

  • Perform monthly account reconciliations, including sales and tax accounts, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items.

  • Prepare journal entries and execute general ledger operations, posting vendor invoices, including foreign exchange revaluation and fixed asset register maintenance.

  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the correct accounts and cost centers.

  • Support quarterly reserve reviews and year-end financial reporting submissions to Corporate Team.

  • Manage intercompany charge-in and charge-out calculations aligned with the approved budget.

  • Assist with tax, legal, and statutory filings in compliance with local regulations.

  • Provide support for internal and external audits.

  • Drive continuous improvement of internal controls, processes, and systems.

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting.

  • Audit experience in a major accounting firm, accounting firm or shared service environment is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning accounting systems and reconciliation software.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet applications and strong database skills.

  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently under pressure and deadlines.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
