Job Purpose

Responsible for supporting Marketing and Communications initiatives for Haworth International as part of the Creative team in Marketing, working on international marketing initiatives and corporate branding, as well as local initiatives from the various markets in APAC / EMEA. Working closely with cross-functional team including Sales, Client Experience, HR, Operations, Ideation and PLM.


Key Roles and Responsibilities

Design, Marketing and Communication Activities

  • Work with the International Brand Marketing team members on marketing campaigns and initiatives that could cover digital, social and print material.

  • Work closely with PLM to design and manage product collateral such as sales presentations, product brochures and product data sheets, manuals, hangtags etc

  • Create illustrations (technical vector graphics as well as creative) for the various materials

  • Design communications and collaborate with the digital marketing team on marketing campaigns and initiatives which could include social media posts, website banners and graphics as well as emails

  • Work closely and support the Content Marketing team in creation of collaterals like articles, magazine advertising or advertorials.

  • Design collateral for showroom openings like invites, banners and welcome screens.

  • Work closely with the Space Design team for showroom and trade show related graphics across International.

  • Support local market initiatives like events or campaigns with creative executions ranging from event invites to merchandise, packaging and printed banners.

  • Design PowerPoint presentation slides and templates.

  • Work on translated content for a minimum of six languages and adapt the design where necessary.

  • Participate in meetings and provide regular updates on the conducted work.

  • Keep track on the project timeline and present design concepts to stakeholders when required.

  • May be required to press pass printed collateral on occasion.

  • Work within the brand guidelines and create design relevant for a premium brand.

Business Expertise/ Knowledge

Applies industry and commercial for overall brand development and increase brand awareness.


Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Advertising Arts, Marketing or equivalent experience in an agency

  • Experience in the design industry will be a benefit but recent graduates will also be considered

  • Experience with standard programs such as Adobe Creative Suites and Microsoft office.

  • Proficiency with MAC OS X or PC/ Windows platforms and equipment.

  • Video editing and animation experience is a plus, as is social media experience

  • Good interpersonal skills with the outstanding ability to communicate our brand and share ideas to the team and others.

Travel Requirements

Minimum travelling required.
