Client Experience Associate with Polish

You will provide sales support to the sales team, execute marketing and events initiatives to enable hushoffice to project the best possible brand and image throughout the market, and create a premium experience for visitors and team members in our spaces.

Work on a day-to-day basis at Shoowroma in London

• Providing general assistance to the local sales team.

• Support the sales team where required in preparation of quotations and tender responses.

• Support Sales Manager and sales team in diary management.

• Serve as local “Brand Ambassador” to implement regional marketing activities, brand collateral, messaging.

• Execute local (or sub regional) events including space booking, catering, entertainment, event announcements, gifts, and invite lists.

• Maintain showroom so it is in-line with regional brand standards including opening and closing routine, inventory management (on and off-site), pantry and stationery supplies, showroom maintenance and cleaning contractors, security, and product mock-ups. Provide a premium experience for all visitors and Haworth members in the space. Liaise with café operator/caterers (where applicable) to deliver brand-aligned service excellence.

• Prospects the market to identify potential customers for hushoffice and provide sales team with the results of that activity.

• Liaise with sales team to ensure sales opportunities in ERP (IFS) include up to date information for key customers, influencers and local media contacts. Update showroom visits as per company’s guidelines and provide reporting to Sales Manager.

• Any other adhoc task assigned.
