Job Purpose

Assist sales and project teams in design and specification tasks, serving as a reliable partner and solutions provider for products and services. Aim to meet customers' workspace strategy needs, enhancing the value propositions that Haworth offers to the client's organization and future workspaces.

A glimpse of your daily mission

  • Generate design and specification works for typical product configurations, including optional renders, space planning, and floor plan layouts as needed.

  • Communicate and collaborate with Haworth factories and 3rd party suppliers with CAD drawings of non-standard products/Specials to get pricing and lead time to quote to customer’s specifications.

  • Develop Operational Maintenance Manuals and product presentations.

  • Work closely with sales team members to understand the requirements and expectations outlined in tenders or requests. Skillfully create client responses by developing presentation materials using various tools, including Microsoft PowerPoint aiming to improve the overall quality and impact of sales presentations.

  • Cross checking all order documents submitted by Sales are completed with proper approval by the management and customers before dispatching to Shared Service Centre Order Services for order entry.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor/University Degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Design or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum 4 year of professional experience and proficiency in AutoCAD.

  • Minimum 1 year of commercial experience.

  • Fluent in French and English languages (business professional).

  • Applies in-depth industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance across departments.

  • Demonstrate problem solving skills and high degree of professionalism and integrity.

  • Excellent communication skills with internal & externals customers.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
