The role primary purpose is to create winning proposals together with sales and the bid&design teams. The interfaces between sales management, end customers, bid&design team and Customer operations are strategically designed and coordinated in this process. At the same time, the sales process is supported conceptually, and the CRM system is implemented and managed.
The position Bid&Design Manager works closely together with Sales and takes care of the entire proposal process from beginning to end including joint client visits.

Supporting sales in creating winning proposals
Adding contemporary design ideas to our proposals
Work with all Haworth departments relevant to sales
Support of Haworth sales representativesAdministration and management of Vine
Generation of data from Vine according to requirements (e.g. mailings / invitations / statistics etc.)
Design and organization of customer mailings
Supporting Day 2 sales opportunities
Taking control of complete submission process for tenders and RFPs to create best in class proposals
Working with the various departments to obtain collateral for RFPs
Supporting sales with technical and design advice for their clients
Participating in sales meetings and sales visits
Updating Vine and organising Bid&Design support through Vine
Ensuring all projects have a clear and clean order
Your Qualifications:
Must have experience in a similar position in bid&design, tender management, interior design or sales at a dealer
Technical affinity or experience, in addition to an excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
Combining a design perspective with a sense of initiative in order to offer an optimal service to our customers.
Experience with time pressure and a thorough and meticulous monitoring of progress.
Be able to work smoothly with the Microsoft Office package (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and Pcon
