Job Purpose

Provide post-purchase support, resolve customer issues, and ensure satisfaction by offering product knowledge, effective communication, and assistance with inquiries and concerns.

A glimpse of your daily mission

  • Manage customer tickets to address inquiries, concerns, and product-related problems post-purchase.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for record-keeping and process improvement purposes.

  • Monitor warranty claims.

  • Propose satisfactory solutions to customers in case of disputes.

  • Inform the manufacturer about user complaints.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Provide customers with technical and commercial support in case of installation issues or breakdowns.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor/University Degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Design or equivalent studies).

  • Fluent in French and English languages (business professional).

  • Background in quality and/or aftersales roles, preferably within the industry.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.

  • Demonstrate problem solving skills and high degree of professionalism and integrity.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
