Review and validate authorized dealer submissions to ensure accuracy prior to processing.
Support Project Managers on complex or high‑volume projects to ensure smooth order execution.
Perform data entry within defined timelines to maintain workflow efficiency.
Maintain accurate and well‑organized documentation in accordance with SOPs and audit requirements.
Track assigned order volumes and productivity metrics in the designated reporting system.
Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure compliant and consistent order processing.
Coordinate with Dealers, Contracts, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure successful order fulfillment.
Attend required internal and customer meetings to support communication and alignment.
