Job Purpose


Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing operations by implementing lean manufacturing methodologies and daily management systems. Support the achievement of short-term and long-term operational goals through employee engagement, process optimization, and the development of a strong continuous improvement culture.


A glimpse of your daily mission

  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the plant operational strategy and annual targets.

  • Drive lean manufacturing culture across the organization through the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence practices.

  • Coordinate and facilitate Kaizen activities and improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, delivery performance, and cost efficiency.

  • Analyze operational performance data and identify improvement opportunities across manufacturing processes.

  • Deliver internal training sessions to increase employees’ knowledge and engagement in lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement tools.

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of operational systems such as visual management, suggestion systems, workplace organization standards, and daily management routines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants to ensure successful implementation of operational improvement initiatives.

  • Facilitate productivity improvement projects and support process optimization initiatives across the plant operations.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environments.

  • Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, problem-solving methodologies, and operational excellence tools.

  • Experience leading continuous improvement projects and facilitating cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
