Job Purpose
The Digital Enablement Intern will assist the Shared Services team by supporting basic automation, digital enablement, and process improvement activities under the guidance of senior team members. The role is focused on learning how business processes operate, helping identify manual or repetitive tasks, and assisting with the development, testing, and documentation of simple digital or automation solutions using approved tools. This internship provides hands-on exposure to enterprise processes, automation concepts, and productivity tools, while working closely with experienced professionals in a structured and supervised environment.
A glimpse of your daily mission
Support automation, digital enablement, and process improvement initiatives through well-defined, scoped tasks and assigned projects.
Assist in the development, testing, and documentation of basic or predefined automation or digital solutions using Haworth-approved platforms and tools, including low-code and AI-enabled technologies, under guidance and supervision.
Help collect, organize, validate, and prepare data for reporting, analysis, or automation use cases, following established instructions.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of simple or predefined workflows, dashboards, or reports using enterprise digital tools where applicable.
Document processes, user instructions, and solution updates in a clear and structured manner based on provided templates or guidance.
Work closely with team members to understand requirements, follow established standards, and support ongoing initiatives.
Participate in learning and development activities to build foundational knowledge in automation, digital tools, and enterprise technology practices.
Perform other related support tasks as assigned to contribute to team objectives and operational needs.

Applies in-depth industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance across departments.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Basic exposure to automation, programming fundamentals, data handling, or digital and AI-enabled tools is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and related low-code or automation tools is a plus.
Able to follow instructions, work methodically, and support structured tasks.
Comfortable working in a team environment with guidance and supervision.
Demonstrates good communication skills, attention to detail, time management, and a strong willingness to learn.
