The HRIS Data Analystsupports data‑driven human resources decision‑making by delivering high‑quality analytics, insights, and reporting using SuccessFactors Enterprise systems across the Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions. Reporting to the Manager, HRIS and Transformation International, this role partners closely with Human Resources, Information Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, enhance reporting capabilities, and enable strategic workforce planning within defined timelines.
Collaborate closely with Human Resources, Information Technology, and regional business stakeholders to understand analytics, reporting, and workforce intelligence needs.
Collect, analyze, and interpret human resources data to provide actionable insights and recommendations that support business and people strategies.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key HR metrics such as employee turnover, engagement, recruitment, and workforce demographics.
Perform predictive and prescriptive analytics to anticipate workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.
Support workforce forecasting and strategic planning initiatives in partnership with HR and business leaders.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of HR data by applying strong data governance principles and standards.
Conduct regular data audits, validations, and quality checks within SuccessFactors Core systems.
Create and maintain advanced Canvas reports and analytics solutions within SuccessFactors.
Identify opportunities for system enhancements, reporting automation, and improvements in HR analytics capabilities.
Support digital transformation initiatives related to HR systems, reporting, and analytics enablement.
Partner with internal project teams and external vendors to support HRIS and analytics initiatives.
Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to HR users on dashboards, analytics tools, and reporting best practices.
Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and impactful insights through presentations and stakeholder communications.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum five years of experiencein HRIS, HR analytics, or a related role.
Proven experience managing and administering multiple HR systems.
Strong exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, with experience in Enterprise module implementation considered a significant advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Exceland analytics tools including Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
Mandatory hands‑on experience with Power BI; relevant certifications are preferred.
Experience with digital automation tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Formsis an added advantage.
Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional and global teams.
Strong time‑management and prioritization skills, with flexibility to support project and reporting deadlines.
Open to limited travel as and when required to support regional or global HRIS initiatives.
