The BI Reporting Analyst supports business decision-making by transforming data into meaningful insights through high-quality reporting and analytics. This role works closely with business and technology teams to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions that ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with business objectives.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective data visualization and reporting solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports using Power BI and QlikView.
Manage user access, security, and report publishing through the QlikView Management Console.
Provide technical support by troubleshooting reporting issues, optimizing performance, and implementing enhancements.
Participate in enterprise resource planning migration initiatives, including data extraction, transformation, loading, and report adaptation.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure seamless system integration and reporting continuity.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum three years of experience in QlikView report development with strong scripting and data modeling expertise.
At least two years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and cloud-based service management.
Strong proficiency in Structured Query Language, Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic for Applications, and business intelligence tools; exposure to Database Two is an advantage.
Experience working with enterprise resource planning systems; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Open to travel internationally as required.
