Job Purpose
Support Sales & Marketing team on developing and producing high quality visualizations for tender bid, and marketing in the most timely and accurate manner.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Produce renderings and animations for proposal bids and marketing based on Haworth brand guidelines.
Handle larger scale and complex projects for rendering & animation work.
Prepare a storyboard before production stage of animation.
Enhance final visuals using photo/video editing applications in post-production stage.
Work with Sales, Product Development & Marketing team to understand the project requirements/expectations.
Work collaboratively with other visualization artists & designers.
Support Visualization Supervisor/Managers on liaison with all markets.
Create 2D & 3D assets based on the project requirements and Haworth brand guidelines.
Ensure all client deliverables are met on a timely basis with consistency and high-quality standards.
Continuously improve workflows and processes.
Share best practices, identify process improvement and operational waste reduction.
Maintain Visualization SharePoint site by uploading renderings & animation videos to the library on a weekly/monthly basis.
Update project status to supervisors in the daily stand-up/virtual meeting.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in 3D visualization and animation.
Able to create high-quality rendering images & animations.
Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop & Forest Pack Pro.
Experience in motion graphics/2D animation is a plus.
Experience in using animation tools in Unreal Engine is a plus.
Capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to think conceptually and have a great eye for details.
Willing to work overtime, dedicated, meticulous and a details personality.
Ability to multitask and must be able to work independently as well as in collaborative team environment and take direction.
Self-motivated, very organized, have a good communication and time management skills.
Capable of completing work on or ahead of schedule.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Must possess artistic talent and creativity.
Up to date with latest visualization techniques, best practices, and technologies.
