We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Marketing Automation Specialist with deep expertise in HubSpot, email marketing, and marketing automation. This role is critical to driving personalized, scalable marketing efforts across global regions and aligning automation strategies with lead generation and customer retention goals.
Email Campaigns & Workflows
Design, build, test, and optimize automated email workflows in HubSpot.
Create segmented email campaigns targeting multiple buyer personas and stages of the funnel.
Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and implement improvements.
HubSpot CRM & Automation
Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, marketing automation tools, and integrations with third-party platforms.
Ensure data cleanliness, contact segmentation, and lead scoring are effectively implemented and maintained.
Build and maintain lead nurturing workflows and customer journey automation.
Performance & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and reporting to stakeholders.
Conduct A/B testing to improve email content, subject lines, and sending strategies.
Collaboration & Strategy
Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
Work with international marketing teams to adapt strategies to regional needs and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR).
Strong understanding of how digital content, e-commerce, marketing, and product teams collaborate to drive commercial objectives.
Solid grasp of industry trends, competitor offerings, and the broader digital retail landscape.
Education & Experience
Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in HubSpot marketing tools.
Demonstrated success in planning and executing high-performing email marketing and automation campaigns.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of CRM and email marketing best practices.
Proficient in segmentation, personalization, and lead nurturing tactics.
Communication & Teamwork
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams.
Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
