To maintain and support complex business solutions within the SAP development landscape, ensuring stable and efficient system operations across global teams.
Daily Operations
Resolve SAP application issues promptly.
Troubleshoot integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems.
Modify APIs and custom code as required for production support.
Provide technical advisory and support to business users.
Develop and maintain technical and process documentation.
Enhance ABAP and API code for performance and data throughput.
Write and execute automated test cases.
Independently debug issues without reliance on a test manager.
Participate in technical and functional design discussions.
Conduct and contribute to code reviews.
Participate in the global on-call rotation (follow-the-sun model).
Internal Contacts:
Managers and operational teams across India, regional offices, USA, and Europe
Engagement includes information exchange, complex discussions, influence, negotiation, and collaboration.
External Contacts:
Accounting firms, suppliers, customers
Banks, tax officers, external auditors, consultants
Interactions involve exchanging information, guiding decisions, and professional representation.
Strong understanding of cross-functional operations within a global organization.

Ability to apply technical knowledge to business scenarios using analytical methods.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
ABAP development (RICEF, Function Groups, screen programming)
Object-Oriented ABAP

Enhancement frameworks (BADI, user exits, enhancement options)
New ABAP syntax and in-memory concepts
SAP HANA (including Gateway services)

Strong debugging, performance tuning, problem solving, and analytical abilities
