The D365 Senior Business Analyst – Financeis responsible for leading the end‑to‑end finance and accounting solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations in India. This role ensures that business needs are translated into compliant, scalable, and high‑performing D365 Finance solutions aligned with Haworth’s strategic objectives.
Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with business stakeholders and end‑users.
Collaborate with business process owners to understand workflows, pain points, and future-state requirements.
Conduct gap analysis and create detailed functional specifications.
Apply global best practices to design optimized and compliant D365 Finance solutions.
Lead conference room pilots (CRPs), troubleshoot issues, and prepare teams for go‑live success.
Conduct training for various user groups to ensure strong adoption and system proficiency.
Support data migration, validation, and end-to-end testing cycles.
Provide stabilization support post go-live.
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process optimization within D365.

8+ years of experience focusing on the Finance module in D365 F&O, AX 2012, or AX 2009.
2+ full-cycle D365 Finance implementations, including at least one in a manufacturing organization.

Exposure to finance transformation or process re‑engineering initiatives.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
During critical phases such as go‑live, travel may exceed 75%, sometimes with short notice.
