You will work closely with our global software team, influencing product improvements and shaping one of the industry's most advanced generative office planning tools—Co Designer.
You will also collaborate with workplace & real estate teams from major multinational clients across Australia, Singapore, China, the Middle East, Europe, and beyond.
As a Junior Co‑Designer Architect, you will contribute to the development and improvement of CoDesigner software, support client planning projects, and create training content for new users. This role combines architecture, workplace planning, CAD/BIM proficiency, and software innovation—all in one.
Participate in sprint planning as a user-tester and product expert
Provide structured user feedback to enhance software UX and functionality
Identify, track, and report software bugs and operational issues
Upload and prepare client floorplans (DWG/DXF)
Create basic and advanced Test Fits aligned with client guidelines
Engage with international clients through project calls and discussions
Develop high-quality content for our CoDesigner Learning Platform
(videos, GIFs, walkthroughs, written guides)
Regularly update learning material and resources
Act as the community manager for the user forum
Local, regional, US, and European teams
Managers, operations, and product development stakeholders
Regular collaboration for knowledge exchange, influence, and decision‑making
Clients, suppliers, auditors, consultants, and partners
Represent Haworth in a professional manner across global interactions
Strong understanding of architectural workflows and office planning trends
Awareness of evolving workplace design, market shifts, and global practices
Detail‑oriented, research-driven, creatively analytical
Highly organized, with the ability to contribute innovative ideas
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
3–4 years of experience (Junior Role) | 5+ years (Senior Role)
Strong interest in workplace/office planning
Proficiency in CAD/BIM tools (Autodesk Suite, Rhino, etc.)
Good understanding of Office 365
Excellent communication & problem‑solving abilities
Proactive, independent, and creative thinker
Initial training upon joining
Occasional international travel (1–2 times per year)
