Job Purpose


The Communication Designer, International Communication Designer plays a key role in supporting Haworth International’s Marketing and Communications efforts as part of the Creative team. This role contributes to global marketing initiatives, corporate branding, and localized campaigns across APAC and EMEA regions. The designer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Client Experience, Human Resource (HR), Operations, Ideation, and PLM.


 

A glimpse of your daily mission

Design, Marketing & Communication Activities

  • Collaborate with the International Brand Marketing team on campaigns covering digital, social, and print media.

  • Partner with PLM to design and manage product collateral such as sales presentations, product brochures, product data sheets, manuals and hangtags, etc.

  • Create both technical vector and creative illustrations for various marketing materials.

  • Design communications assets and work with the digital marketing team on social media content, website graphics, banners, and email campaigns.

  • Support the Content Marketing team in producing articles, magazine ads, and advertorials.

  • Design materials for showroom openings, including invitations, banners, and welcome screens.

  • Collaborate with the Space Design team on graphics for international showrooms and trade shows.

  • Contribute to local market initiatives with creative outputs such as event invitations, merchandise, packaging, and printed banners.

  • Design PowerPoint presentations and templates.

  • Adapt designs for translated content across at least six languages as needed.

  • Participate in meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.

  • Monitor project timelines and present design concepts to stakeholders as needed.

  • Occasionally attend press checks for printed collateral.

  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and reflect a premium brand identity.



Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Advertising Arts, Marketing or equivalent agency experience.

  • Prior design industry experience is a plus; recent graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

  • Comfortable working on MAC OS X or PC/Windows platforms.

  • Experience in video editing, animation, and social media is an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to represent the brand and share ideas effectively.
