Job Purpose


Providing leadership, direction and management of markets and operations finance team. Leading and developing the finance team to build and sustain the desired Finance culture.

Navigating financial performance, working as an exceptional business partner with Sales, Operations and other functional leaders, providing timely, relevant and accurate business intelligence and analysis, participating in the creation of business strategies, decisions and execution to ensure profitable growth.

Ensuring controlling and governance procedures are in full compliance with the Company accounting policies, internal control, regulatory and statutory, fiscal and tax requirements.

EMEA region include legal entities in Portugal, Germany, France, Switzerland, Spain, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, UK, Ireland, Middle East & Africa, plus independent market and plant reporting.



A glimpse of your daily mission


  • Oversee financial team operations, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis, continuously improve finance team capabilities, tools and skills to increase efficiency and the value add of finance function, ensure appropriate regulatory, statutory and Company accounting policies, internal controls are applied consistently across the region for the whole finance function.

  • Provide diligent financial management especially cost management including correct set up of standard cost, transfer price, pricing matrix for external selling price and dealer price etc, monitor various financial performance in a forward looking way, provide early warnings and awareness and meaningful financial analysis and suggestions to drive the organization to maximize financial performance.

  • Manage core financial governance processes including the financial outlook, forecast, budget and long term planning, provide financial insight and leadership across the business.

  • Collaborate with the business leaders to develop financial strategies such as financial linkage, X-Matrix, Scorecard etc.

  • Strong management of the Balance Sheet, including planning and implementing strategies for working capital and cashflow management, coordinate Treasury matters with Corporate Treasury.

  • Oversee capital budgeting and financial analysis for investments, such as new equipment, facilities, or technology, to support the organization's growth and improvement.

  • Support internal audit, ensure controls, preventive and corrective measures are in place across the region. Coordinate external audit, tax audit and other ad hoc audits, ensure audits are scheduled, planned and completed according to regulations without significant risks or incompliance findings.

  • Oversee tax preparation, analysis and coordinate tax related matters with Corporate Tax.

  • Overview of all financial and commercial agreements to mitigate risk and ensure profitability.

  • Ensure the sector follows the Sector and Corporate Limits of Authority and Approval processes

  • Directorship and representation in respective countries if applicable.


Your qualifications


  • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent

  • Certified Public Accountant

  • Minimum of 15 years’ with multinational corporations in manufacturing and multiple distribution channels.

  • Experience in a senior management position.

  • Demonstrates solid motivational, team development and leadership skills.

  • Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrates ability to think creatively.

  • Works well with a team.

  • Communicates clearly and effectively.

  • Maintains a professional, confident and outgoing demeanour.

  • Can conduct independent research.

  • Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.


Traveling Requirements


Travelling about 50% of the time mostly in EMEA region
