Job Purpose


Directly reporting to the Manager, HRIS & Transformation International, the person will play a key role in HRIS Analytics based on the data from (SuccessFactors Enterprise) for both AP and EMEA. This includes working closely with the local, regional, and global stakeholders (HR, IT, NA HRIS Team, Project team) external or internal, planning and ensuring that deliverables are met within a timeline, analyzing data and processes to give recommendations for improvements. This person will be also involved in various HR Analytics processes and dashboards.


A glimpse of your daily mission


  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and recruitment metrics.

  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast workforce needs and develop strategies to address talent gaps.

  • Conduct predictive and prescriptive analysis to forecast HR trends and outcomes.

  • Utilize predictive modeling techniques to anticipate future HR trends and challenges.

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by implementing data governance best practices.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve data collection methods.

  • Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to understand data needs and deliver customized reports and analyses.

  • Provide training and support to HR team members on data analysis tools and techniques.

  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and validations.

  • Stay updated with the latest HR analytics trends and best practices.

  • Work with Haworth’s stakeholders to understand HR & Business requirements and work with a team to define the digital strategy.

  • Ensure data integrity in SuccessFactors CORE through data validation.

  • Proficient in creating and generating canvas reports in SuccessFactors CORE.

  • Proactively identify opportunities/areas for improvement in HR Analytics and system enhancements.

  • Any other task assigned.


Your qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS, data analytics, or a related role.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI), and SQL.

  • Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of HRIS data, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights

  • Develop and generate complex reports and dashboards to support HR and business needs.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to various stakeholders.

  • Provide training and support to HR staff and other users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.

  • Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

  • Work with IT and HR teams to enhance HRIS functionality, streamline processes, and improve user experience.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform HR strategies and decision-making.

  • Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support HR and business needs.

  • Maintain and update HRIS data to ensure accuracy and integrity.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform HR strategies and decision-making.

  • Develop and generate complex reports and dashboards to support HR and business needs.

  • Experience with administering multiple HR systems and managing HR Analytics.

  • Experience in SuccessFactors Enterprise Modules Implementation is a preferred advantage.

  • Hands-on experience in the digital transformation of HR processes by using PowerApps/Power Automate/MS Form is an added advantage.

  • Hands-on experience in Power BI Data Analytic platform.

  • Strong cultural sensitivity to manage relationships with people from diverse cultures.

  • Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills and Presentation skills.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills preferred.

  • Able to work independently, attentive to details and excellent project management skills.

  • Able to work under pressure in order to meet project timeline.
